Brief Biodata

Marcus graduated from NUS in 2018, and was previously a researcher at NUS' Centre for International Law, where he assisted in research projects involving both public and private international law. His research interests include constitutional and administrative law, the conflict of laws and foreign relations law. He has presented papers at conferences organized by the Asian Society of International Law, and the Journal of Private International Law.
