Professor Born has been a partner in Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, LLP, London and Berlin since 1989. He is presently a member of the advisory committee of American Law Institute Project on International Commercial Arbitration Law of the United States, a member of academic council of Institute for Transnational Arbitration. He has been a Visiting Professor of Law in University of St. Gallen, Switzerland since 2007. From 1994 to 1998, he was teaching courses on International Arbitration and Litigation as an Adjunct Professor of Law in Pepperdine University Law School, London.

Professor Paul Andrew Myburgh is an Associate Professor of Faculty of Law in University of Auckland. He is presently a consultant to advise the Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand (MLAANZ) and Government on reform of New Zealand’s admiralty jurisdiction. He is also advising the New Zealand Ministry of Transport on the UN Convention on Contracts for the Carriage of Goods Wholly or Partly by Sea (the Rotterdam Rules and implications for New Zealand.

Professor Chalmers is a Professor and Jean Monnet Chair in EU law at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is also the Head of the European Institute as well as the Director of Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He was formerly editor of the European Law Review and EU Jurist. He has held visiting appointments at various Universities such as University of Melbourne, University of Michigan, European University Institute, University of Copenhagen, etc.

Professor Gal is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean at the Faculty of Law of University of Haifa. She is also the Director of Advanced Studies and Co-Director of the Forum of Law and Markets in the Faculty of Law of University of Haifa.
