The Asian Journal of Comparative Law (AsJCL)

The Asian Journal of Comparative Law (AsJCL) is an initiative of the Asian Law
Institute. The aim of the Journal is to provide a forum for discussion of the law
and legal systems of Asia.

The Berkeley Electronic Press (bepress) makes the AsJCL freely available to
researchers in the developing world. Interested parties who lodge their requests on
institutional letterhead are given unrestricted access to the full text of bepress's
