MR JUSTIN WEE
Partner, Rodyk & Davidson

Justin Wee is a Partner with the firm of Rodyk & Davidson and has been with the firm since 1996. He is a member of the Singapore Bar and is also admitted as a member of the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.

Justin has represented both local and foreign clients in Corporate & Commercial matters including real estate and intellectual property matters. Recent transactions include acting for 2 foreign companies in the acquisition of a competitor in Singapore as part of a global acquisition. He has also advised an English group of companies in relation to the sale of assets in Singapore.

Justin has given talks and seminars on legal topics like "Legal due diligence", "Directors' duties and corporate governance" and consumer-related issues. He conducts in-house training of clients on various legal topics.

Justin is the Honorary Secretary of the Protem Management Committee of the proposed Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility. He serves as a member of the Law Awareness Committee of the Law Society of Singapore and is a member of the panel of mediators of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce. He also sits on a number of community-related committees.
