Description

Synopsis

Approximately 40% of marriages in Singapore involve an international person. International marriages raise questions of locating, valuing and enforcing against assets all over the world, and issues relating to the children of the marriage, such as international child abduction and international relocation of children across borders.

Further, as the assets of high net worth (HNW) Asian families grow in both size and complexity, issues around not just succession planning but also asset protection become increasingly relevant to ensure stable business and wealth continuity. The day to day life of an international family and private client disputes lawyer is varied, interesting, challenging and at times, emotionally fraught!

Join us for a hybrid discussion to learn more about how International Family & Private Client Disputes Lawyers navigate these complex issues for their clients.
