If you are interested in knowing what it is like working in a financial services department and whether this is for you, join us for our fireside chat hosted by a panel of four A&G practitioners from a variety of practice groups, who will aim to give you some insight into what it means to be a financial services lawyer.

Introduction to Allen & Gledhill’s Partners

Partner Tan Zhi Feng specialises in financial services regulations. His practice focuses on advising financial institutions on regulations affecting their business, and their relationship with the regulator.

Partner Victoria Leong’s areas of practice include capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and investment funds, providing vital advice on financial transactions such as secondary fundraisings and acquisitions of fund platforms.

Partner Delwin Singh’s areas of practice include debt capital markets as well as banking and finance.

Senior Associate Foo Jia Yu’s practice encompasses investment funds and capital markets with a focus on private funds, REITS and business trusts.
