Synopsis

“What is client management? How do I deal with difficult clients?”
“What are the habits of a good lawyer?”
“What is commercial awareness? How much of it do I need?”
“Is it possible to maintain a healthy work-life balance?”
“How do I find purpose and satisfaction in practice?”

These are some of the questions which may cross the minds of young law students who are aspiring to join private practice. Law school is able to imbue students with knowledge of the law. Equally important are the skills to practise the law. If you are interested in knowing what life is like as a practising lawyer, join us for our fireside chat hosted by a panel of four practitioners from varying fields, who will aim to give you some insight into what it means to learn and grow in legal practice.
