ABSTRACT
Reference to the "war on terror" frames terrorism in a military context, sometimes marginalizing the important role played by criminal justice bodies such as the police. In this seminar, the Secretary General of Interpol, Professor Ronald K. Noble, will discuss the role of police cooperation in addressing the threats posed by terrorists around the world.
