Curriculum Requirements
- Students are required
to take a total of 32 credits of subjects. The programme is specially
designed such that students who complete the requirements for the
Graduate Certificate in Commercial Arbitration
(GCIA) Programme will be granted 12 credits toward the 32 credits
required for the Graduate Diploma. Thus, students are required to
complete 20 credits of subjects from the Maritime Law grouping and 12
credits from the GCIA Programme.

- Details regarding the
GCIA Programme will be sent to students before Programme commences in
the second week of January. Students need not register separately for
the GCIA Programme with the Faculty’s Continuing Legal Education.
B.
Registration for Law Subjects
- Subjects which are
opened to the DipMLA students are denoted subject code LCD5xxx or
LLD5xxx.

- Registration for Semester 2 subjects will begin on Monday, 26
October 2009, 9am. The deadline for registration is Thursday, 29
October 2009, 5pm.

Release of Subject
Registration Outcome

The results of the subject
registration for Semester 2 will be published on our website
http://law.nus.edu.sg/current/Postgraduate/curriculum_courses.htm
by Tuesday, 10 November 2009, 6pm.

Students will not be
allocated subjects that have clashes in class timetable or
end-of-semester exam timetable.
