Negotiating & Drafting Int'l Commercial Transactions Last Updated Date: 23 June 2009 4 Credits, Semester 1 Course Description: This module will allow students to negotiate and draft an international commercial agreement. In today global world, commercial activities are, more often than not, of an international nature. Partners to an agreement come from different legal background and culture. This will be reflected in the agreement. The module concentrates on the very clauses which are fundamental to the international nature of the transaction.
