World Trade Law I
Last Updated Date:   23 June 2009

4 Credits,  Semester 1

Course Description:
The WTO is at the legal center of globalization and Free Trade Agreements have supplemented WTO disciplines. This course has professional and intellectual objectives. Professionally it aims to equip you to handle the principal WTO and FTA legal disciplines with proficiency and confidence. Intellectually it aims to understand globalization and its discontents in a critical an rigorous manner eschewing the bombast of the fierce public debate about these issues.
