Brief Biodata
Mr Christopher Chuah leads the Building & Construction Practice and is a Partner in the China Practice. His main areas of practice encompass construction disputes, in both litigation and arbitration; and he is a specialist in Building and Construction Law. Mr Chuah has acted as leading counsel in numerous reported landmark cases on construction law and has acted for contractors in various arbitration disputes both in Singapore and the PRC. Mr Chuah graduated from London School of Economics and was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1984, and the Singapore Bar in 1990. He also has a Diploma in Surveying (Distinction) from the College of Estate Management, Reading, UK.
