Brief Biodata

Jean was recruited by Shearman & Sterling LLP for its International Arbitration Practice Group after winning the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in 2002. Her interest in comparative law arose as a result of constant exposure to civilian legal systems while handling International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, International Chamber of Commerce and London Court of International Arbitration arbitrations. She has lived in France and conducts legal research in English, French and Chinese.
