Sharon is a legal and compliance professional with more than 20 years experience across private and public sectors, managing teams in over 16 jurisdictions across both commercial and investment banking, wealth and asset management enterprises. Sharon has worked as a banking and securities regulator with the Monetary Authority of Singapore; with JPMorganChase, a US investment bank, where she held various positions as Head of SEA Legal, Asia Global Markets Compliance head, and Asia Regulatory Counsel; and with DBS Bank, the largest bank in SEA headquartered in Singapore, as its General Counsel.
