Brief Biodata
Yeo Hwee Ying's research interest lies primarily in commercial law where she has taught (for more than 15 years) subjects like contract, insurance law, company, partnership and agency. She publishes in international journals such as Lloyd's Maritime & Commercial Quarterly, Journal of Business Law, Legal Studies and International & Comparative Law Quarterly. She is also the author of the first academic text on Partnership Law in Singapore. She has delivered commercial law seminars at workshops held by Housing & Development Board, Consumer Association of Singapore and various professional bodies. Her overseas stints include working in the London office of Clifford Chance as well as Visiting Scholar appointments at University of California (Berkeley) and Monash University.
