New Publication - Criminal Law in Malaysia and Singapore by Stanley Yeo, Neil Morgan and Chan Wing Cheong


Professor Stanley Yeo (NUS), Professor Neil Morgan (UWA) and Associate Professor Chan Wing Cheong (NUS) have published Criminal Law in Malaysia and Singapore (Singapore, LexisNexis). The book comprises a detailed examination of the general principles of criminal responsibility in Malaysia and Singapore. It was officially launched by The Honourable Attorney-General Mr Chao Hick Tin on 31 January 2008.
