Assoc Prof Chan Wing Cheong appointed as member of the Tribunal for the Maintenance of Parents

NUS Faculty of Law congratulates Associate Professor Chan Wing Cheong on his appointment as member of the Tribunal for the Maintenance of Parents. His two-year term commences on 1 June 2008. 

The Tribunal for the Maintenance of Parents provides a legal channel for aged parents who are unable to maintain themselves adequately, to seek maintenance from their children.  

The Tribunal consists of 15 members and is headed by retired judge Mr Goh Joon Seng.
