NUS Law School welcomes Professor Mindy Chen-Wishart 

The Law School welcomes Professor Mindy Chen-Wishart who joined the Faculty in July 2008. Professor Chen-Wishart is a Reader in Contract Law and Fellow at the University of Oxford where she has been teaching since 1994. Until 1992, she was a Senior Lecturer at Otago University in New Zealand. She then spent two years as the Rhodes Visiting Research Fellow at St. Hilda’s College at the University of Oxford.

Professor Chen-Wishart’s research interests are in contract law and the law of unjust enrichment (or restitution) and she will be lecturing in these areas at the Law School.
