Associate Professor Ho Hock Lai has published his latest book - A Philosophy of Evidence Law - Justice in the Search for Truth. The book is part of the series of Oxford monographs on Criminal Law and Justice. 

The book offers a novel and distinctive cross-disciplinary perspective on the law of evidence, taking into account both moral and epistemic considerations. In his book, Hock Lai argues that the court must not only find the truth to do justice, it must do justice in finding the truth.
