Prof Koh Kheng-Lian's latest book, ASEAN Environmental Law, Policy and Governance - Selected Documents (Volume I) (World Scientific Publishing Pte Ltd) is a compilation of selected documents on the subject of the title of the book. In the Foreword by Ambassador Ong Keng Yong, former Secretary-General of ASEAN, he states that the two volumes "cover a wide range of topics and will be a boon to capacity building and in promoting awareness in environmental sustainability in the ASEAN region and beyond."

Prof NA Robinson, former Chair of IUCN Commission on Environmental Law, in the Preface states: "ASEAN's environmental laws and programs are building, almost in an organic and evolutionary way.
