New Publication – An Asian Perspective on Mediation by Joel Lee and Teh Hwee Hwee

Associate Professor Joel Lee’s latest book An Asian Perspective on Mediation (Academy Publishing) has been launched on 1 June 2009. Edited jointly with Ms. Teh Hwee Hwee, this book provides a nuanced approach to dispute resolution by preserving aspects of Western models that transcend culture and are universally valid, while modifying other aspects which require modification to suit Asian circumstances. The book was officially launched by The Chief Justice Mr. Chan Sek Keong on 4 June 2009.
