Application Periods & Forms
Research Programmes
The main intake for research degrees is at the beginning of Semester 1
in August each year. There is also a secondary intake of research
students at the beginning of Semester 2 in January. However, research
students enrolling in January will find it harder to fulfil the
coursework requirements for research degrees, and we encourage students
to come in August. For priority in the award of places and scholarships,
applications for research degrees should reach us six months before the
start of the semester in which the candidate intends to commence
candidature, i.e. in December or June.
