Master of Laws (Corporate & Financial Services Law)
The LLM (Corporate & Financial Services Law) includes electives
in banking (domestic and international), company law and corporate
finance, financial services and securities, and taxation. This
specialisation will enable students to acquire both a theoretical base
and a practical expertise in the subjects involved. Singapore, which is
the commercial hub of Asia, is an ideal place for the pursuit of these
subjects.
Students have to choose at least six courses from the Corporate &
Financial Services Law grouping.
