The first print of the Year Book will be in hardcover format and
subscribers who place orders before the Year Book goes into print
will receive hardcover copies of the Year Book. As we do not intend
to maintain a significant store of back issues, orders received
after the Year Book has gone into print may have to be met with
softcover copies as it is not economically viable to reprint in
the hardcover format.
