Moderated by LEAP Faculty Director Professor Doug Kysar, the talk examined recent landmark decisions in Asia, including the Korean Constitutional Court’s ruling on the Carbon Neutrality Act and the Indian Supreme Court’s recognition of climate change as a human rights issue.
