Climate Change and Sustainability Law 2023 Santa Clara University Law School Summer Study Abroad in Singapore on 24 May 2023

APCEL’s Senior Research Fellow, Dr. Linda Yanti Sulistiawati gave a lecture on the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Regime and the Significance of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), during the “Climate Change and Sustainability Law 2023 Santa Clara University Law School Summer Study Abroad in Singapore” Thursday, 24 May 2023. Linda also presented her current research on “ASEAN’s NDCs in the Subnational Regulations: Dream or Reality?” to provide insight on how climate issues are addressed in ASEAN.
