Dr. Jolene Lin, Director of APCEL, spoke at University College London (UCL) Centre for Law and the Environment

On 11 October 2023, University College London (UCL) Centre for Law and the Environment hosted a lecture by Dr. Jolene Lin, Director of APCEL. Drawing from her forthcoming book, “Litigating Climate Change in the Global South” (co-authored with Jacqueline Peel, Melbourne Law School, forthcoming by Oxford University Press in 2024), Jolene reported on and offered analysis of the emerging and accelerating phenomenon of climate litigation in Global South countries.
