Expert Group Meeting on Enforcement Related Issues in Deep Sea Mining

Deputy Director Dr. Tara Davenport was invited to participate (online) in the Expert Group Meeting on Enforcement Related Issues in Deep Sea Mining organized by the UN Office on Drugs and Crime and the Secretariat of the International Seabed Authority (ISA) held in Bali, Indonesia from 29 – 30 August 2022 where experts explored various issues related to flag state and sponsoring state jurisdiction in relation to activities in the Area.
