International Climate Change Conference and the Rule of Law held on 16-18 October 2023

APCEL’s Senior Research Fellow, Dr. Linda Yanti Sulistiawati, presented her current research on Sub-National NDC Regulations in ASEAN, specifically Indonesia and the Philippines, at the International Climate Change Conference and the Rule of Law that took place in Cebu, the Philippines. Participants from the Philippines gave a lot of inputs for her research, especially from their first hand experience dealing with NDCs and climate regulations implementation in the country.
