Jolene Lin spoke at the Maritime Decarbonisation Symposium

APCEL Director, Dr Jolene Lin, joined other experts at the Maritime Decarbonisation Symposium (11 and 18 September 2021) organised by the Centre for Maritime Studies at National University of Singapore to discuss climate change mitigation initiatives by the shipping sector. Dr Lin’s presentation ‘Decarbonising the Maritime Industry-What is the Role of the Law?’ focused on the current international framework that governs decarbonisation efforts of the shipping sector, the challenges and what can be done.
