Dr Param Pandya is the Quadrature Climate Foundation (QCF) Fellow in Climate Change and Corporate Law at the Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law, focusing on corporate climate accountability. He obtained his PhD (2025) from the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore, on the President’s Graduate Fellowship. His doctoral thesis adopted a comparative lens to envisage an enforcement mechanism to remedy breaches of directors’ duties to consider stakeholders’ interests.

Param has advised the Government of India on various reforms pertaining to company law, insolvency law, and business and human rights. He is currently consulting the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development on corporate climate disclosures in Asia. He holds an MSc in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford (2020), where he was the JN Tata Scholar.

The QCF Fellowship at NUS Law fosters research on climate change, corporate governance, and transnational law, while providing a global platform and mentorship. As the QCF Fellow, Param will work on potential reforms to domestic and international legal frameworks aimed at enhancing corporate climate accountability among Asian state-owned enterprises.
