This was an update to the Environmental Law in Singapore (3rd edn) monograph by Professor Lye Lin-Heng, which was published in October 2022 as part of the renowned multi-volume International Encyclopaedia of Laws.

The monograph is essentially a comprehensive country report on Singapore’s environmental legal system and provides a systematic overview of how environmental law works in Singapore.
