Representing APCEL, Dr. Linda Yanti Sulistiawati introduced the current research and collaborations going on, while participants from Universitas Padjadjaran shared their expertise across spatial planning, marine conservation, renewable energy, water management, agrarian law, and climate justice. It also seeks to identify pathways for future research that can underpin a rewarding and meaningful research agenda on climate justice in the Global South.<\/p>\n<h6>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/papers.ssrn.com\/sol3\/papers.cfm?abstract_id=6532260\" title=\"More &gt;\"  target=\"_blank\"  rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\tMore >\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/h6>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t[Working Paper] Localizing Just Transition: Perspectives from Southeast Asia\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>In Southeast Asia, where economies, governance systems, and social conditions are highly diverse, translating just transition principles into policy requires contextual sensitivity. This article examines how the just transition is understood and pursued across the region using the JUST framework, which integrates multiple dimensions of justice alongside spatial and temporal considerations. Tseng, and NUS Emeritus Professor Lye Lin-Heng&#8217;s Singapore chapter in the International Encyclopedia of Laws (IEL): Environmental Law is now available online.
