[CALS] Edward Elgar Handbook on Legal Theory and Constitutionalism Online Workshop
On 21-22 October 2024, the Centre for Asian Legal Studies, NUS, in partnership with the Rubinstein Centre for Constitutional Challenges at Reichman University, Israel, held an online workshop for the Edward Elgar Handbook on Legal Theory and Constitutionalism. At the workshop, twelve participants presented chapters for this forthcoming book on constitutionalism and legal theory, edited by Professor Jaclyn Neo (NUS) and Professor Yaniv Roznai (Reichman University). The presentations received detailed responses from designated commentators, and were followed by lively discussions. Participating authors joined us from several different countries and institutions, including the University of New South Wales and University of Melbourne (Australia), LUISS School of Law (Italy), University of Toronto and Osgoode Law School (Canada), Harvard Law School and Cornell Law School (USA), University of Warwick and Essex Law School (UK), and University of Antwerp (Belgium). Following this workshop, the authors and editors will now move on to finalizing their chapters for the volume.
