Okubo Hiroki is a Judge of the Tokyo District Court, presiding civil cases. He has 10 years of experience across multiple courts in Japan. Judge Okubo is with NUS CALS under a research exchange partnership with the Supreme Court of Japan. His research is on managing civil litigation proceedings using digital technology such as web conference.
