This workshop, titled ‘An Introduction to the Basics of Singapore Corporate Law’, is organised by students from the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore, and consists of five online sessions and two on-site sessions at the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University (Tha Prachan Campus). All Thai law students are invited to attend.

The seventh and final session, held online, will focus on mergers and acquisitions under Singapore law. In particular, it will cover the various types of transaction structures, methods of financing, squeeze outs, and briefly examine competition issues that might arise from the transaction.

Certificates of participation will be awarded to those who attend at least five out of seven sessions in this workshop.
