This workshop, titled ‘An Introduction to the Basics of Indonesian Competition Law’, is organised by students from Universitas Gadjah Mada Fakultas Hukum. All Singaporean pre-law and law students are invited to attend.

The second and third sessions, held in-person at the National University of Singapore’s Kent Ridge Campus on Saturday, 12 September 2026, will focus on the following themes under Indonesian competition law: prohibited agreements and activities based on Law 5/1999, abuse of dominance, merger regulations, and enforcement. After the third session, there will be an informal networking session where participants will have the opportunity to interact with their Indonesian counterparts. This is a rare opportunity that should not be missed!

Breakfast, lunch and tea will be provided. Certificates of participation will be awarded to those who attend at least two out of three sessions in this workshop.
