Description

For this Roundtable, the Panel will discuss and explore various aspects of criminal law reform including the evolution of the penal code in various Asian jurisdictions such as Singapore, Myanmar, Bhutan and India, the death penalty in jurisdictions such as Hong Kong and Singapore, and the consideration of personality disorders in sentencing.
