Centre for Asian Legal Studies - Universitas Gadjah Mada Fakultas Hukum Peer Learning Initiative (CAUPLI)

The Centre for Asian Legal Studies – Universitas Gadjah Mada Fakultas Hukum Peer Learning Initiative, or CAUPLI, is a student-led project that was started in 2024 with the long-term goal of promoting direct knowledge exchange and academic collaboration between the law students at the National University of Singapore and Universitas Gadjah Mada.

CAUPLI’s second reciprocal workshop titled “An Introduction to the Basics of Indonesian Contract Law” seeks to introduce Singaporean law students to the basic principles of contract law in Indonesia. Organised and conducted by students from Universitas Gadjah Mada Fakultas Hukum, this workshop consists of three two-hour sessions and will be conducted in a hybrid fashion with one online session on Saturday, 23 August 2025, and two in-person sessions at the National University of Singapore’s Bukit Timah Campus on Saturday, 6 September 2025.
