Virtual Roundtable #18 will be based on the topic of “Doing Comparative Criminal Law in Asia: Directions and Challenges.” Dr Stanley Yeo will present the use of the comparative legal method to criminal law in selected common law systems and Panellists will discuss their responses, presenting insights into current landscapes and the future from the perspective of Asian civil law systems.
