This workshop, titled ‘An Introduction to the Basics of Chinese Corporate Law’, is organised by students from the School of Law, Peking University. All Singaporean pre-law and law students are invited to attend.

The second and third sessions, held in-person at the National University of Singapore’s Kent Ridge Campus on Saturday, 28 February 2026, will focus on the following themes under Chinese law: shareholders’ remedies and corporate insolvencies, including the applicable rules governing cross-border insolvencies. After the third session, there will be an informal networking session where participants will have the opportunity to interact with their Chinese counterparts. This is a rare opportunity that should not be missed!

Breakfast, lunch and tea will be provided. Certificates of participation will be awarded to those who attend at least two out of three sessions in this workshop.
