Description

This workshop, titled ‘An Introduction to the Basics of Singapore Corporate Law’, is organised by students from the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore, and consists of five online sessions and two on-site sessions at the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University (Tha Prachan Campus). All Thai law students are invited to attend.

The fifth session, held online, will focus on Singapore’s cross-border insolvency law, as well as the scheme of arrangement regime, which is the dominant tool used by companies to restructure their obligations.

Certificates of participation will be awarded to those who attend at least five out of seven sessions in this workshop.
