This workshop, titled ‘An Introduction to the Basics of Singapore Corporate Law’, is organised by students from the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore, and consists of five online sessions and two on-site sessions at the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University (Tha Prachan Campus). All Thai law students are invited to attend.

The first and second sessions, held in-person at Thammasat University’s Tha Prachan Campus on Saturday, 14 March 2026, will introduce the following themes under Singapore law: Singapore’s legal system, Singapore’s company law framework, and director’s duties. After the second session, there will be an informal networking session where participants will have the opportunity to interact with their Singaporean counterparts. This is a rare opportunity that should not be missed!

Certificates of participation will be awarded to those who attend at least five out of seven sessions in this workshop.
