The Centre for Asian Legal Studies – Universitas Gadjah Mada Fakultas Hukum Peer Learning Initiative (CAUPLI) is back for a second year, this time with a workshop titled, “An Introduction to the Basics of Indonesian Contract Law”. Held over two weeks, this workshop will be conducted by law students from UGM for Singaporean students who wish to deepen their understanding on Indonesia’s contract law. Topics such as rules governing contract formation, breach of contract, contractual remedies and termination will be examined.

Session 1 will be held online from 10am to 12pm on Saturday, 23 August 2025.

Sessions 2 and 3 will be held in-person at SR4-3 from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, 6 September 2025. There will be a networking session between 3pm to 4pm for Singaporean participants to get to know their Indonesian counterparts better. Breakfast, lunch and tea will be provided.

All Singaporean law and pre-law students are welcomed. Certificates of participation will be awarded to those who attend at least two sessions.
