Following a successful inaugural run of the Restructuring & Insolvency Academic Forum (RIAF) 2025, the Centre for Asian Legal Studies (CALS), Thammasat University Faculty of Law, INSOL International, and INSOL International (Asia Hub) are now delighted to announce that RIAF 2026 will be held in-person on 18-19 June 2026 in Bangkok, at Thammasat University. RIAF 2026 is proudly supported by the Asian Law Centre at the Melbourne Law School.

RIAF provides a platform for scholars and emerging scholars to present their research to their peers, senior academics, and like-minded professionals. It promotes research on corporate restructuring, turnaround, and insolvency through a distinctly Asian lens.

RIAF 2026 will feature a special segment on asset tracing and recovery in the context of corporate insolvencies.
