Description

This workshop, titled ‘An Introduction to the Basics of Chinese Corporate Law’, is organised by students from the School of Law, Peking University. All Singaporean pre-law and law students are invited to attend.

The first session, held online on Saturday, 21 February 2026, will introduce participants to the Chinese legal system and the doctrine of corporate veil piercing under Chinese law.

Certificates of participation will be awarded to those who attend at least two out of three sessions in this workshop.
