[CALS] Book Publication: Statelessness in Asia
The Centre for Asian Legal Studies (CALS) at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore (NUS Law), in collaboration with the Peter McMullin Centre on Statelessness at Melbourne Law School (MLS), is delighted to announce the publication of “Statelessness in Asia.” Funded by the NUS Law-MLS Research Partnership Grant, this interdisciplinary collection is the first book-length treatment of statelessness in Asia, the region where most stateless persons reside. One of the highlights of the project was the authors’ workshop, held online from 31 May to 2 June 2021, which facilitated the exchange of insights among contributing experts. Edited by Michelle Foster (University of Melbourne), Jaclyn Neo (National University of Singapore), and Christoph Sperfeldt (Macquarie University, Sydney).
