At the workshop, eight participants presented chapters for a forthcoming book on constitutionalism and legal theory, edited by Associate Professor Jaclyn Neo (NUS) and Professor Yaniv Roznai (Reichman University). The presentations received detailed responses from designated commentators, and were followed by lively discussions. The participants hailed from several different countries and institutions, including University of Ottawa (Canada), Universitat Münster (Germany), University of Brasilia (Brasil), City University of Hong Kong, Singapore Management University (Singapore) and National Autonomous University (Mexico). Professor Kevin Tan, Adjunct Professor of Law at NUS, was among the presenters. The workshop will be followed by an online discussion as a prelude to the book’s completion and publication.
