[CALS] Text, Cases and Materials on Asian Contract Law Workshop

CALS is pleased to have hosted the workshop on ‘Text, Cases and Materials on Asian Contract Law’  that was held at NUS Law’s Bukit Timah Campus, Singapore from 18 to 19 November 2024. Led by CALS Academic Fellow and NUS Law Professor Mindy Chen-Wishart. The workshop brought together contributors from China, Japan, Singapore, India, and South Korea, to collaboratively develop six chapters on remedies for breach of contract for a proposed publication, Text, Cases and Materials on Asian Contract Laws.
