[Workshop] Governing Through Contagion: Perspectives Across Time and Space

April 21, 2022 | Impact, Research, School

The “Governing Through Contagion: Perspectives Across Time and Space” workshop came to a close last Thursday with co-conveners, Associate Professor Lynette J. Chua (NUS Law) and Dr Jack Jin Gary Lee (NUS Law) delivering closing remarks to 22 invited participants hailing from various disciplines. The workshop took place via Zoom over 3 consecutive days, starting off with opening remarks from both co-conveners. Each participant then presented their paper and received useful feedback and insights from participants and co-conveners. Fascinating discussions followed, centering on the different themes of governing through contagion, with respect to different approaches of pandemic control adopted across time and space.

This Workshop is by invite only and was proudly organised by the Centre for Asian Legal Studies, Faculty of Law, National university of Singapore.
